The information here is intended to help you empower your student to work through any challenges they may experience at UCSD.


The Federal Educational Rights & Privacy Act (FERPA) protects students' educational records such as grades and tuition statements.

Under FERPA, staff are not allowed to share information regarding student’s grades, conduct records, or health records without the written consent of the student. The only exception is in the event of a health or safety emergency.
