For Students Who Entered as Freshmen
- Students admitted through the First-Year Admissions process do not qualify for IGETC. College level coursework may be applied to Revelle GE requirements according to Revelle College policies, but students are still required to complete all Revelle GE’s that have not already been met with transfer coursework
For Transfer Students Fall 2023 and before
For Transfer Students (including IGETC and Partial IGETC)*
- Transfer students admitted Fall 2024 and after are required to complete Humanities 100.
- *Transfer students with IGETC are exempt from the lower-division Humanities, Social Science, Fine Arts, and Language requirements.
- Letter of Reciprocity (LOR): Revelle College does not accept LOR from other University of California institutions to meet our general education requirements. Transfer students from other UC campuses will be required to complete all Revelle GE’s that have not already been met with transfer coursework.
- In-state transfer students without IGETC and all out-of-state transfer students will need to complete all Revelle GE’s that have not already been met with transfer coursework.
