Transcripts and Test Scores

Submitting a Transcript

Send your final high school transcript, any community college transcripts, and complete official AP/IB test scores to:

Requesting a Transcript

AP Scores

To order your Advanced Placement (AP) scores call AP Services at (888) 225-5427

Give them your AP number, name, birth date, social security number, test taken and the date you took the tests (month/year). Have them send the report directly to UCSD Admissions. Provide the college code #4836

IB Scores

To order your International Baccalaureate (IB) scores complete the International Baccalaureate Transcript Request Form.

Summer School/Transfer Courses

Courses approved to meet Revelle General Education requirements are listed on articulation agreements for each California community college. Articulation agreements are available at: http://www.assist.org.
